CPA, CISA, CFE Chief Financial Officer, Decisio Health

Greg Price

With over 40 years of experience serving over 2,250 clients in 24 countries, Gregory is the Chief Financial Officer of Decisio Health, Inc. ( a healthcare tech startup). In this role he oversees, accounting, investments, and financial reporting. He has a career that spans a wide range of companies, as well as industries. A licensed CPA, he worked 20 years with Ernst & Young as an Audit Partner. And most recently the past 20 years as a Consulting Partner/Director with PKF Texas PC, Sikich LLP and Moss Adams. Based upon his experiences and current role, he is uniquely qualified to advise start up investments. In his role as Co-Managing Director of The OWLs, Gregory addresses operational matters, due diligence, and financial and tax reporting of the partnerships. He has also been a judge of the RBPC for over 20 consecutive years. Gregory has served on numerous Boards of Directors including: The Galveston-Houston ArchDiocese, Pipol AS, Sikich LLP, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, The CISA Certification Board and Pine Forest Country Club. He currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Rice Alliance for Innovation and Technology and BBVA Compass-Houston. Previous advisory board roles include: The Houston Technology Center (past Chairman of the Advisory Board); Texas A&M Center for New Ventures and Entrepreneurship (past member of the Executive Committee); and the LSU Stephenson Entrepreneurship Institute.
